Join us on Saturday 2nd May for a free day of live-fire cooking, outdoor kitchen inspiration, and some very tempting deals. Whether you're a seasoned Big Green Egg owner, curious about outdoor cooking, or simply looking for a reason to spend a Saturday morning doing something delicious, you're very welcome.
Chef Matt Wadsworth at the Grill
We're thrilled to welcome Matt Wadsworth — head chef at Four Boys in Rock — as our guest chef for the day. Matt is one of Cornwall's most talented and respected young chefs, and if you know his cooking, you'll know this is something genuinely special.
Throughout the day, Matt will be demonstrating his delicious recipes on the Big Green Egg, running a series of live cooking sessions:
11am — Overnight pork: how it's prepped, how it's cooked, and how to serve it
12pm — Bavette steak, quick-cooked directly over coals
1pm — Fish three ways: plank, grill and plancha, plus a surprise from Matt
Between sessions, there will be a variety of other dishes being cooked throughout the day — plenty to taste and plenty to inspire.
