What you'll be doing

  • Supporting our Business Director and senior leadership team day-to-day

  • Diary management and helping to coordinating staff schedules and projects

  • Accurate data entry and keeping records up to date

  • Acting as a clear and reliable communication link between teams / teams and customers

  • Getting to grips with existing systems — and helping bed in new ones smoothly

  • Taking ownership of projects and seeing them through with minimal hand-holding

Who we're looking for

  • Calm, confident and clear-headed — especially when the pressure is on

  • Highly organised with a strong eye for detail

  • Naturally friendly — someone who enjoys building real relationships with people

  • Self-motivated: you spot what needs doing and get on with it

  • Adaptable and tech-comfortable — happy to learn new systems quickly

  • Someone with relevant admin or coordinator experience

The details

Hours: Full or part time — flexible

Location: Wadebridge showroom, Cornwall

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Environment: Friendly, busy, supportive team
