What you'll be doing
Supporting our Business Director and senior leadership team day-to-day
Diary management and helping to coordinating staff schedules and projects
Accurate data entry and keeping records up to date
Acting as a clear and reliable communication link between teams / teams and customers
Getting to grips with existing systems — and helping bed in new ones smoothly
Taking ownership of projects and seeing them through with minimal hand-holding
Who we're looking for
Calm, confident and clear-headed — especially when the pressure is on
Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
Naturally friendly — someone who enjoys building real relationships with people
Self-motivated: you spot what needs doing and get on with it
Adaptable and tech-comfortable — happy to learn new systems quickly
Someone with relevant admin or coordinator experience

Hours: Full or part time — flexible
Location: Wadebridge showroom, Cornwall
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
