Welcome to the Kernow Fires Family! We are an energetic lot, always busy making sure our customers have everything they need and planning the next event! Here’s some faces to go with the names you might have heard mentioned!
Simon
DIRECTOR
Simon built his first fireplace showroom in 1998 changing Kernow Fires from the long established local Coal and Feed Merchant into the the leading fireplace installer in Cornwall, which we still are today!
Jane
DIRECTOR
Jane works alongside the team, particularly for all the events, helping everything run smoothly.
Dan
MANAGER
Dan leads the Design and Survey Teams, to deliver exceptional design and service to our customers.
Claire
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Claire works across the sales, admin and management team to help ensure smooth running of all our moving parts!
Rae
SURVEYOR
Rae has loads of experience in the fire industry and is always happy to share it with our customers. She’ll make sure you get a fireplace that works for your home
Allen
SURVEYOR / HEAD OF INSTALLATIONS
Allen works across installation and surveying so is really knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have as well as providing an estimate for you.
Lauren
DESIGNER & EVENTS LEAD
Lauren works across fireplaces and outdoor kitchens creating beautiful spaces for homes and businesses. She’s also heavily involved in most of our events.
Kelly
MARKETING
You can blame Kelly for all the advertising, website and social media that goes out.
Emma
Emma plays a key role in ensuring all our customers are happy by making sure the cogs are turning smoothly behind the scenes.
ADMINISTRATION
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Ellie
Ellie has worked with us for many years and manages our warehouse and stock incredibly well for which we are very grateful.
Hayley
SALES WADEBRIDGE
Hayley will help you every step of the way from choosing the right stove for your home to ensuring you have all the information you need right the way through the process.
Bex
SALES REDRUTH
Bex is based at our showroom in Redruth, managing sales and trade. She has a huge amount of experience will ensure you have all the information you need right the way through the process.
Evan
WAREHOUSE
Evan works across our two sites helping to mange stock and ensure our installers have exactly what they need and when they need!
Dan D
OPERATIONS / LOGISTICS
Dan has joined the team this year and is working with operations to make things as smooth as possible for the team and our customers.
James
LEAD CHIMNEY SWEEP
James merged his successful chimney sweep business, Suresweep with Kernow Fires bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience both Servicing and Installing.
Kev
INSTALLATION TEAM LEADER
Kev is an experienced HETAS engineer who has vast experience in the building trade which is useful for chimney redesigns. Always happy to get dressed up, this picture was taken whilst he took part in the Wadebridge Carnival.
WARREN
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Warren is our part of our technical team who helps our customers old and new with any technical issues they may be having with their stoves. There isn't much he doesn't know about stoves or motorcycles and he never misses a TT!

CARPENTER & INSTALLER
Rayce is our team carpenter, making sure all our finishes are up to scratch and helping the Design Teams creations come to life.
Mark
HETAS INSTALLER
Mark loves doing something for charity (suggestions welcome!)
A fully qualified HETAS Installer, Mark leads an installation team with a smile.
Jason
HETAS INSTALLER
Jason is an experienced HETAS installer and leads a team here at Kernow Fires. A favourite with the customers, he loves animals and will get a picture of you new fire with the dog is he get chance!
REUBEN
INSTALL TEAM
Reuben works as part of the Installation Team and does a great job at keeping everyone smiling.
