The estimate is for installing a freestanding woodburner including creation of a chimney using twin walled flue. Fitting is completed by a HETAS engineer, is HETAS registered and certified for your insurance purposes and peace of mind.
Additional extras could include; A shaped hearth. The price will vary depending on your stove choice. Stove costs can decrease or increase the cost of installation. Please let us know your budget below to help us with stove recommendations.

Freestanding Woodburners
Freestanding woodburners are a great option for those who do not already have a fireplace or who would like to move a fireplace to a different position.
Do I Need A Chimney For A Freestanding Fireplace?
You do not need a preexisting chimney to install a freestanding fireplace. When installing a freestanding woodburner or gas fire we will create a new chimney for you using twin walled flue pipe. This can be directed vertically through the ceiling and roof or via a rear exit and straight outside where it will then rise vertically to above roof height. We only install in Cornwall and for some manufacturers Devon. If your home is not in Cornwall or Devon please view the HETAS website to find your nearest installer.
