Just had a new inset wood burner installed by Kernow Fires. What a lovely, helpful and professional bunch! In the showroom, Ellie was able to identify the kind of wood burner that was most likely to fit just from a couple of photos on my phone. Graham who did the survey was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. The fitting was completed on a very cold and windy day by Lee and Ricky who were efficient, tidy and really friendly. The burner looks amazing and heats the room up unbelievably fast. Thank you so much.
