I’ve paid a deposit but now you are unable to fit my fire

Your deposit is the cost of the fire. The fire is held in stock by Kernow Fires and belongs to you. When we are able to allow teams to fit again we will prioritise any installations that have had to be delayed.

When can I have my fire installed?

We are currently contacting anyone whose installation is due to take place in the next two weeks and rescheduling for a future date. We are unable to give a date at present as we are following government guidelines. We apologise for being vague however please be assured that we will do all we can to complete the installation in a timely fashion as soon as we are able to operate again. We hope that you understand these measures are for the safety of both our teams and you.

How can I contact you?

We are prepared for homeworking, many of our Customer Service and Senior Team have the capacity to work from home. We ask that all enquiries go through where we will either send you a quick response with the information required or pass on to the person most able to help you. At this time we may be a little slower than normal, but hopefully not too much! We ask that you bear with us as much as possible. We will do out best to respond in a timely fashion.
